Thirty-one of you voted in our July poll and here are the results:

Question: What constitutes a "claim" for purposes of calculating and awarding attorneys' fees in no-fault recovery suits:
  1. all bills for a single date of service (DOS)? (3.2% - 1 vote)
  2. each bill (NF-3, NF-4, NF-5 or UB-92) submitted to the insurer? (67.7% - 21 votes)
  3. each cause of action alleged by the complaint, regardless of the DOS or number of discrete bills at issue? (16.1% - 5 votes)
