Seems David Fiorvanti kept "losing" his wife's pricey jewelry, and then re-insuring it with other insurers. The third time apparently was not a charm for Fiorvanti. Throw in some rate evasion, and you have the recipe for some legal indigestion. Pigs get fat and hogs get slaughtered, as they say.
