Okay, we all know by now that on April 2, 2009 the New York Court of Appeals reversed the Third Department's decision in LMK Psychological v. State Farm.

Did the Court of Appeals' decision answer more questions than it created?  With respect to the attorneys' fees issue, what exactly did the Court hold?  Per insured?  Per action?  Per provider?  Per what?

In this 45-minute webinar, Roy Mura of Mura & Storm, and guest panelist Dave Barshay of Baker, Sanders, Barshay, Grossman, Fass, Muhlstock & Neuwirth, will review the Court's decision, the New York State Insurance Department Office of General Counsel opinions the Court referred and deferred to, and discuss how the Court's decision impacts:

1. existing New York no-fault suits and arbitrations; and
2. future suits and arbitrations.

Following the webinar there will be an opportunity to continue the discussion in a TinyChat chatroom.

Don't miss this opportunity to observe and participate in what will be the first open, live discussion of this important decision.

If you will be attending from a business environment, check with and make sure your IT department allows connection to GoToMeeting/GoToWebinar.
