Introducing Mura & Storm "Webinooners"

This coming week I'm introducing noon webinars -- hence, webinooners -- to present and train on insurance coverage issues relevant to property and casualty insurers. With training and travel budgets being what they are (or more likely aren't), these webinars will provide insurance professionals and practictioners with opportunities to attend and learn from their desktops and at a time of the day when few meetings are conducted and courts typically break for lunch. The first two webinars are free and open to the public.

In the future, I won't send special news flashes or newsletter mailings to Coverage Counsel subscribers to announce the webinooners. You'll simply read about them on the blog or, if you subscribe to this blog, in your weekly newsletter. I'll probably keep the webinooners scheduled in the middle of the week, to avoid beginning or ending of the work week conflicts.

If you know of anyone who might like to attend either or both of this week's or future webinars, please let them know. Also, for those who will be attending from a business environment, check with and make sure your IT department allows connection to GoToMeeting/GoToWebinar. I believe there's a small download that's required upon connection for the webinar to work. Some corporate firewalls block that download, unless permission is granted. If you've not attended GoToMeetings or GoToWebinars before, I recommend your check with your IT person to make sure you'll be able to connect.

Finally, I'm always to open to ideas and suggestions for future webinooners. Comment to this post or send me an email (roy.mura[at]muralaw.com) if there's a topic you'd like me to cover. Look for property, auto and GL topics, as well, in the future.

Hope to see you on this coming Wednesday and Thursday.
